11. Account Suspension and Termination

p22ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions;
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or other financial irregularities.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of these Terms.
